ACTION BY THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE POWAY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY TO 13811 POWAY, LLC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Poway
Redevelopment Agency (the “Oversight Board”) will hold a public meeting on January 22, 2018 at 4:00
p.m., in the City Hall Main Conference Room #2060, 13325 Civic Center Dr., 2nd Floor, Poway, California
92064. The public meeting is being conducted in accordance with California Health and Safety Code
Section 34181(f). The public meeting may be continued from time to time until completed. At any time until
the scheduled meeting time, the public meeting may be cancelled or set for another time in the future.
The purpose of the public meeting is for the Oversight Board to consider the sale to the City of Poway of
property located at 13112 Vista View Road in the City of Poway and described as Assessor Parcel Number
323-261-31.
Any and all persons who wish to speak on any issue related to the sale of the property referenced above
to the City may appear at the public meeting and will be afforded an opportunity to speak.
