NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and location noted
below to consider the following item :a request to expand an existing gas station located at 12462 Poway Road in the Poway
Road Specific Plan Commercial General district.The project involves the demolition of all existing gas station and auto repair
structures,the construction of a 2,400-square-foot mini-mart,a 10 00-square-foot car wash,a 4000-square-foot fueling
station canopy,and the addition of two gas dispenser pumps.This project replaces an existing gas station.Te chnical studies
were conducted,and the project was found to be consistent with the Poway Road Specific Plan that was analyzed in the
Environmental Impact Report,therefore no further environmental analysis is required of the project.
