Public Hearing Notice for 03-20-2018 meetingNOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD FOR A MITIGAT ED NEGATIVE DECLARAT ION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the availability for public review of a MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARAT ION.A PUBLIC HEARING on this item will be held before the POWAY CITY COUNCIL at the time and location noted below. Environmental Assessment and Te ntative Tr act Map (TTM)16 -005;a request for approval of a residential subdivision on an approximate 80-acre site located at the easterly terminus of Larchmont Street in the Rural Residential A and C zones.Specifically,the applicant/owner is proposing a subdivision map and grading that will create 10 residential lots, associated infrastructure,and public trails in accordance with the City’s General Plan.Ultimately 10 homes would be constructed with a gated entry.The homes will be located on the westerly portion of the project site on lots ranging in size from one to seven acres.An area totaling approximately 59 acres to the east and southeast of the development area will be permanently preserved open space.The site is not on any of the lists compiled pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.This includes,but is not limited to,lists of hazardous waste facilities,land designated as hazardous waste property,and hazardous waste disposal sites,and the information in the Hazardous Waste and Substances St atement required under subsection (f)of that Section.
