Public Hearing Notices for 08-21-2018 meetingNOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and location noted below to consider the following item:Conditional Use Permit (CUP)17 -011 and Development Review (DR)17-007:A request to develop and establish a 15 -person residential care facility for the elderly on the vacant 0.5-acre property located at 13 612 Aubrey Street within the Residential Single Family 2 zone.The proposed project is Categorically Exempt as a Class 32 Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines,in that the project involves in-fill development that is consistent with the applicable General Plan designation and all policies,as well as with applicable zoning designations and regulations;the 0.5-acre project site is less than five acres in size and surrounded by urban uses; the project site has no value as habitat for endangered,rare or threatened species;the approval of the project would not result in any significant effects relating to traf fic,noise,air quality,or water quality;and the site can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
