NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Hearing at the time and
location noted below to consider the following item: A hearing to confirm and authorize recovery of costs
incurred to abate nuisances at 16943 Valle Verde Road and 12805 Beeler Creek Trail. This item is not a
“Project” pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and is therefore not subject to CEQA
review.
