REGULAR MEETING
March 9, 1993
The March 9, 1993, regular meeting of the Poway Redevelopment Agency was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. , by Chairman Higginson at the City Council Chambers,
13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California

Motion by Director Snesko, seconded by Director Emery, to adopt the Consent
Calendar as follows:
9. Approval of Minutes - Redevelopment Agency
February 16, 1993, Regular Meeting
17. Appropriation of E20,000 from the unappropriated fund balance of the
Redevelopment Agency for consultant services to assist with the Amendment
to the Paguay Redevelopment Plan; and the reappropriation of 566,010 in
funds previously approved for this project that were not carried forward
into the current fiscal year budget. (203-22)
18. Award of bid for construction of a pedestrian trail from Arbolitos Drive
to Silverlake Drive to C.E. Wilson Corporation, in the amount of 540,237.

25. Chairman Higginson announced that Mary Mitchell is being appointed to the
�. Redevelopment & Housing Advisory Committee by Director Snesko.

26A. Director Snesko suggested that a Housing Commission member replace the
Redevelopment & Housing Advisory Committee on the tenant selection
committee for the handicapped units at Haley Ranch Estates. He also
requested a workshop with the newly-appointed Commission to discuss their
duties.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by Director Emery, seconded by Director Callery, Chairman Higginson
ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjournment was 9:00 p.m.
