SUBJECT: Release of Monument Bond for TM 4191-56R, Rancho Arbolitos;
Standard Pacific. Aoolicant
BACKGROUND:
The subject project, a 25 lot single family subdivision, is located in the
Rancho Arbolitos area, south of Twin Peaks Road (Attachment 1) . The developer
executed the "Standard Agreement for Construction of Public Improvements" on
May 1, 1990.
The develaper has requested the release of the monument bond.
FINDINGS:
The Engineering Services Department has reviewed the project and found it
complete and the bond ready for release.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT:
This is considered a "ministerial action" and as such is exempt from C.E.Q.A.
review.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION & CORRESPONDENCE:
Standard distribution.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to release the
$5,000 monument bond (American Insurance Co. No. 11132813046) .
