(Nuisance Abatement Procedure), 8.76 (Defensible Space, Vegetation Management and Waste Accumulations), 8.80
(Accumulation of Junk), 13.09 (Stormwater Management and Discharge Control), 15.02 (Uniform Administrative Code),
15.04 (Building Code), 17.54 (Enforcement), as well as adding Chapters 15.03 (Hierarchy of Codes) and 15.32
