PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and
location noted below to consider the following item:A request for approval of a one-year time extension for a
previously approved Te ntative Tract Map that reconfigured the project site into five residential lots ranging in size
from one to two acres that are clustered in the northwest corner of the site,and created a large 111-acre open
space lot on the balance of the site.The project site is an approximately 12 2-acre property located on the east side
of Old Coach Road,approximately one mile north of Espola Road in the Planned Community (PC)zone.This time
extension is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15 061(b)(3)of the
CEQA Guidelines in that this action has no possibility of an effect on the environment.Environmental review was
conducted pursuant to CEQA in conjunction with original approval of TTM 06-02.
