Adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Poway, California, amending Poway Municipal Code (PMC) Title 17 establishing regulations for fences and walls for churches and other religious institutions. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) and 15303 in that adoption of this ordinance will allow for the construction of security fencing on developed parcels and there is no possibility that this will have a significant effect on the environment.
