PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the approval
and adoption of Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA) 19-001. Adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Poway, California,
amending Poway Municipal Code (PMC) Title 17 establishing regulations for fences and walls for churches and other
religious institutions. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines pursuant
to Section 15061(b)(3) and 15303 in that adoption of this ordinance will allow for the construction of security fencing on
developed parcels and there is no possibility that this will have a significant effect on the environment.

St age Coach Road,in the Rural Residential A (RR-A)zone.This time extension is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15 061(b)(3)of the CEQA Guidelines in that this action
has no possibility of an effect on the environment.Environmental review was conducted pursuant to CEQA in
conjunction with the original approval of the project.
