Conduit Financing for the Poway Commons Apartments Affordable Housing Project City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input, close the public hearing and adopt the Resolution. Pre-Development Conference 19-003; A request for review of a proposal for a commercial or chid n ursery at the northwest corner of Poway Road and California State Ro ute 67 City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council provide input and direction regarding the request. 7. Water Customer Bill Credit City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Counc il issue one-time fixed charge credits and one-ti m e variable charge credits, equal to 1 /8th of a water customer's applicable charges, t o t hose customers who experienced the precautionary boil water advisory event in a total amount not to exceed $420,000 using t he General Fund's Extreme Events/Public Sa f ety reserve per City Council direction at the December 17, 2019 council meeting.
