NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and
location noted below to consider the following item:Tentative Tract Map 20-002; a request for approval of the
first one-year time extension for a previously approved project (TTM 16-005)which subdivided the project site
into 10 residential lots rangingin sizefrom one toseven acres thatare clustered in the westernportion of the site,
and includes 59 acres of open space.The project site is located at the easterly terminus of Larchmont Street.An
approximate nine-acre area in the westerly most portion of the site,is in the Rural Residential C (RR-C)zone,and
the balance of the site is in the Rural Residential A (RR-A)zone.This time extension is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)of the CEQA Guidelines in that this action
has no possibility of an effect on the environment.Environmental review was conducted pursuant to CEQA in
conjunction with the original approval.
