Resolution Establishing Assessments for Poway Landscape Maintenance
District 86-2 to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for
Fiscal Year 2020-21
Following publication of the July 21, 2020 City Council agenda packet, staff identified conflicts between
the original Summary section of the report and the Discussion section of the report specific to Zone
B.The Summary should correctly state:
Zone B balances and revenues are projected to be insufficient to maintain service level A. In order to
maintain the current service level A, the Zone B assessment is proposed to be increased by the San
Diego Consumer Price Index (CPI).
