Thank you, Asis Attention Poway City Council: Mr. Chris Hazeltine is requesting join an interest group that lobbies for more local control. With the local control the city has: 1) Our Water system collapsed, and public safety put in grave danger. At the date of writing, the City of Poway still doesn't have a water system compliant with State law. 2) Our Cities coffers are nearly depleted. 3) City defaulted on taxpayer funded loans. And many more systematic failures that show complete lack of local governance. If anything, the State should excerpt more control over dysfunctional cities like Poway. The City council should disapprove this request.
