Various alternatives are being analyzed Clearwell Upgrades/Replacement Project: •Project is currently in planning SDCWA Treated Water Connection: •Reimbursement Agreement with SDCWA for the Planning Study has been executed •The planning study will be scheduled for the SDCWA’s Board approval on 3/25/21 and will be submitted to DDW by 4/1/21 Program Status Program Management Services are recommended Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP) processes have been conducted Agreement for the planning level program management services with Kennedy Jenks has been executed Staff is recommending an amendment to the agreement to advance the program to the next phase of program management for pre-design Program Management Services Actions do not obligate the City to issue debt Debt issuance pool lists •Municipal advisor, bond counsel, underwriter Municipal advisor agreement •Fieldman Rollap & Associates, Inc. Bond/disclosure counsel agreement •Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth Financing Thank You
