Many Powegians feel that staggering the leadership length of service now or in the future will give incumbents an advantage over other citizens who want to volunteer. Also it puts the council member at a disadvantage when he/she knows there is another more deserving person in their district. Please do not politicize the membership or extend leaderships length of service on the Budget Review Committee. I urge a no vote. Lets keep the length of service the same on the BRC. Howard Collins
