To demonstrate that measures taken to reduce sediment are affecting 346 acres and will achieve lagoon salt marsh habitat restoration. Options 1.Participate in the Restoration Project at the full level currently proposed and authorize the City Manager to execute the Phase 1 MOU upon approval of the final version, or 2.Decline participate in the Restoration Project completely and continue to seek an alternative pathway to compliance, or 3.Proceed with MOU negotiations with the Copermittees, with consideration to participate in the Restoration Project, subject to City Council approval of the final MOU at a future City Council meeting.
