Here are the links to the city website which talks about the budget review committee. It also has the city clerk email
(cityclerk@poway.org) and phone number. You can add them to the email questions and they might be able to provide
more information. I wouldn't just send to them, though they do likely have answers to most questions. The purpose of
the email to the council is to show that you have interest and are going above and beyond. Council loves that.
