Progress Pay Estimates
In accordance with previously approved City construction contracts,
prograss pay estimates as exhibited have been prepared by respective
contractors, reviewed by staff, and found to be in order.
Approval of each and authorization for payjmnt to the respective
contractor is recommended.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Redevelopment Agency approved progress
pay estimate for Twin Peaks /Midland Traffic Signal and City Council
approve one for Pomerado Sound Wall Phase I, and authorize payment
to the respective contractors.
