Subject: RE: CalVet funding for Affordable Housing project(Habitat for Heroes)
Importance: High
Hi Tim,
Thank you for your email. Attached is a copy of the agenda report for tonight's item. As you will see, detailed
\:formation regarding the project, including sources of funding, are not discussed. The purpose of tonight's ,
,gem is to obtain the Housing Authority's approval to exclusively negotiate with Habitat for Humanity on the
terms of a Disposition and Development Agreement for the project. The funding for the project, and other
detailed project information, will be included when we take the Disposition and Development Agreement to the
Housing Authority for consideration in 2015. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,

'abject: CalVet funding for Affordable Housing project(Habitat for Heroes)
Hi Jim -
1
In regards to the city council meeting later today I would like it to be understood that the land dedication cannot
be done as a CalVet funded project unless the builder has signed the Provider Agreement, see attachment. This
is not a negotiable contract, it is a funding agreement that is essential to the CalVet REN program. Please know
that the funding set-aside rides with this agreement. We ask that it be noted at the Council meeting should our (Th
funds be taken into consideration.
Thank you,
