Attached is a copy of the agenda report for tonight's item. As you will see, detailed \:formation regarding the project, including sources of funding, are not discussed. The purpose of tonight's , ,gem is to obtain the Housing Authority's approval to exclusively negotiate with Habitat for Humanity on the terms of a Disposition and Development Agreement for the project. The funding for the project, and other detailed project information, will be included when we take the Disposition and Development Agreement to the Housing Authority for consideration in 2015. This is not a negotiable contract, it is a funding agreement that is essential to the CalVet REN program. Please know that the funding set-aside rides with this agreement. We ask that it be noted at the Council meeting should our (Th funds be taken into consideration.
