These recommendations are to help narrow down the
council’s focus.
This should not be taken as an endorsement of any map by NDC.
We have aimed to recommend two plans for each grouping
based on similar geographic alignment.
We have not recommended any of the Less Compact plans.
Any of the recommendations can be substituted for other
plans.
