A request for approval of a revision to the Development Review Permit and a Lighting Exemption Permit to allow replacement of low-pressure sodium light fixtures with high-pressure sodium light fixtures in the truck loading area of the SYSCO Food Service facility when the South Poway Specific Plan standards require the use of low-pressure sodium lighting.
