Appropriation of Redeveloment Funds for Joint
Projects with Poway Unified School District
The Redevelopment Agency has allocated frau the December 1985 Tax Allocation
Bond Issue, $750,000 for theconstruction of a gymnasium/multi.-purpose roan room at
Twin Peaks Middle School and`$,55 r000 : ands $135.,004_= for ballfield enhancement at
Panerado and Midland School, respectively., The projects are now ready to
proceed and it is necessary to appropriate the funds.
RECCMMENDATION
It is recannended that the City Council Agency appropriate the sum of ;$750,000
front the unappropriated fund balance of the Redevelopment Agency Administrative
Fund (Account 39-8930P to Project No. 5507,. Joint Use Facilities - TWin Peaks
Middle School; the sum of $135,000 to Project 5506, Joint Use Facilities
Midland School; and the sum of $65,000 to Project No. 5505, Joint Use Facili-
ties - Panerado School.

The Redevelopment Agency has allocated from the December 1985
