REQUEST
The proposed project is a commercial stable which is
located on 10.28 acres of RR -C zoned ;property in
Green Val --ley. The project would require a
,.
Conditional Use Permit. Approximately twenty to
forty horses would be boarded on the site in the
existing corrals .and in the. stables.. In addition,
they operation plans, to stand three. stallions.
Three single family residences are located on the,
northerly. half of the site which take access from =
Valley Verde Terrace.. The stables and the corrals
are Iodated on the southerly half of the site which
take access from Avendia Granada. The site is
surrounded by single: family dwelling units.
