ME= The bookvalue of the investment portfolio as of August 31, 1986, was $28,662,640. This portfolio consisted of Time Certificates of Deposits. (Ls) which totaled $13,695,000,. Government National Mortgage Association Certificates (C ),, which were booked at. $L,636,521, Federal Ease Loan Mror'tage Corporation Certificates, which. were booked at $193,462, and deposits at the Local.
