Change: Orders to Hayward Enterprises, Inc., for the Midland. Road widening
project: No. 21 in the amount of 18,830; Change Order No. 25 in the amount
of $22,768.32; Change Order No. 26 inthe amount of. $3,172..95; Change. Order-.
No. 27 in the amount of$7,481.11; and: Change. Order No. 28 in the amount of.
$7,000.00.
Agency requested a summary of additional costs to this project.
Motion by Director Kruse, seconded by Director Oratec to approve staff
reccmiendation. Motion carried unanimously.
