adjourned from the December 19, 1985, adjourned, regular- meeting, was called to
order, at 5:25 P.M. by Deputy Mayor Shepardson at the City Council Chambers,

Poway, California, Approving a Loan Agreement by and Between the Poway
Redevelopment Agency and the City and. Authorizing The Execution and Delivery of
Said Loan Agreement.." Motion carried 3-0 with Councvmember Tarzy and Mayor
Kruse absent.
