adjourned from the December 23, 1985, adjourned regular meeting, was called to
order at 7;47 P.M. by Mayor Kruse at the City Council Chambers, 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, California.

City Manager Bowersox stated some technical changes in the resolution providing
for the issuance of the bonds for. the Community Facilities district necessitates
adopting the proposed resolution.. This resolution amendsl in its entirety
Resolution. No . 85-107..
Motion by Councilmember oravec, seconded by Councilmember Shepardson, to adopt
Resolution No. 85-109 entitled, "'AResolution of the City Council of: the City of
Poway, California, Providing, for the Issuance of Special Tax Bonds of South
Poway Cammunity, Facilities District No. 1 (Pomerado Business Park. Project) and
Amending in its Entirety Resolution No. 85-107.11 Motion carried 3'-0 with
Counci members; Emery and Tarzy absent. '

City Manager Bowersox stated Resolution. No 85-093, adopted by the city Council.
on November, 26,. 1985, establishes the formation of a Community Facilities:
District and authorizes submittal of levy oft special. taxes. to the qualified
electors.. Exhibit "'A!' of that resolution sets. forth the rate and method, of
apportionment of special tax. An amended Exhibit "A"has been distributed to
Council for consideration. This amendment incorporates changes agreedupon by

all attorneys involved in the negotiations. Recamrendation is to adopt the
amendment..
Motion by Councilmember Shepardson, seconded. by councilmember Oravec,, to adopt
amended Exhibit "All to Resolution No. 85-093. Motion carried. 3-0 with
Councilmembers Emery and Tarzy absent.
