a proposed amendment to the South Poway Specific Plan involving changes to land
use and designation and the roadway plan on a portion of the site located at the
southeast corner of Scripps Poway Parkway and Gateway Place, commonly known
as the Lively property. Slough Estates, USA, Inc., Applicant. APN: 323-091-06.
