SUBJECT: Acceptance of the Elder Water and Sewer Extension
Owners: William J. and Norman K. Elder
Location: Welton Lane, South of Poway Road
Ownersentered into "Standard Agreement for Construction ofPublic =Improve-
ments" for the .installation of a water and sewer main as shown on ExhibitA.-
Said Agreement was approved by Council at its October 5,"1982 meeting.
Improvements have been.installed in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications_ . and in.compliance with: the Agreement and are ready for
acceptance by; the City. From and after acceptance,. the 'work shall be
owned and operated; by the City.
Owners have fulfilled.. their obligation under terms of the Agreement and paid
aU applicable fees and. charges in connection therewith.

City's acceptance of the improvements is in accordance with the Agreement.
It is recommended that the City Council accept the facilities referred to
as the "Elder Water and Sewer Extension," as part of the City's system and
authorize the Director of Public Services to execute and record a Notice of
Acceptance (Exhibit'B).
