MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 26, 1981
The March 26, 1981, meeting of the City. Council, adjourned' from the March
24, 1981 regular meeting, was called to order by Mayor Rexrode at 4:08 P.M.= at
City Administration Building, 13202. Poway Road.

FIRE `'DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Fire Chief Bill Bond presented an overview of the Fire Department's three
phases of operation: fire suppression, fire prevention, and emergency medical
services, including equipment, revenue sources, relationships with other
departments,and new programs.
SEWER LETTERS OF AVAILABILITY
Director of public Works Bob Meissner: asked the Council for direction on
extension of sewer Letters of Availability (L.O.A.) which had been issued by
Pomerado County Water District.
City Manager stated that as long as a project is moving forward there is a
commitment to continue the LOA without specific action of the Council.
Following discussion, the Council gave discretion to the City Manager on these
items.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Rexrode announced the Council would be going into closed session with
the City Attorney to discuss pending legislation and the City Manager to
discuss personnel matters. The time was 5:55 P.M.
