BACKGROUND
1976 State Park Bond Act - Amendment to. Applications
The: Poway' Municipal Water District received $50,000from the 1976 State Park.
Bond Act moniesto construct' two projects at Lake Poway a tot lot and camp-
ground below the dam. The State is requesting an amendment to theapplication
naming the City of Poway as_ applicant, as well as by Resolution, the naming, of
a: person authorized to execute` documents.

RECOM! ENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve the attached Resolution assuming
obligation of Project Agreements for 1976 Park Bond. Act funds and authorizing
the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
