As a result of the city Council election held November 4, 1986, two new
Ccuncilmembers, Linda Brannon and D~n Higginson, were seated as Directors to
replace Mary Shepardson and Linda Oravec.
Upon rmption by Director Emery, seconded by Director Kruse, Chairman Tarzy
ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjournment w~s 7:25 p.m.
