Biography
•Born in Livermore, CA, grew up in a very small town in East Tennessee
•Went to college, married, and started family in Boston, MA
•Moved to Bridlewood Americana March 1992
•Hobbies include gardening, furniture restoration, woodworking, and metalworking

•Worked with the PHS Grad Nite Committee and construction crews 2000 – 2004
•Helped the PHS Choir and Theater groups with set construction at PCPA 1997 – 2003
•Enthusiastic supporter of local music (local concerts, local venues, local musicians, house concerts)
•Attending City Council meetings recently, and would like to become more involved

Professional
•Enjoyed a 40+ year career as an engineer in the semiconductor industry
•Held positions in hardware and software design, project management, and leadership
•Responsible for optimizing productivity of scarce and expensive resources
•Retired from Qualcomm in 2018

Proponent of Public Transportation
•Commuted to work on MTS bus from RB Transit Station to Sorrento Valley for 9 years
•Worked with Qualcomm, MTS, and Board of Supervisors to preserve bus route
