The final contract amount is $645,411.14. Staff finds the project to be complete in accordance with the standards and specifications of the contract. It is recommended that the City Council approve acceptance of the project. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW A Categorical Exemption was previously issued for the project. No additional environmental review is required. FISCAL IMPACT The project was completed within the amount budgeted for the project (#5641). No additional funds are needed. This project is located in the Old Poway Park. FINDINGS Three (3) change orders were issued for this contract. Due to the change orders and quantity adjustments, the final contract amount is $645,411.14 for a net difference of $45,476.14. Staff finds the project to be complete in accordance with the standards and specifications of the contract. It is recommended that the City Council/Redevelopment Agency approve acceptance of the project. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW A Categorical Exemption was previously issued for the project.
