ABSTRACT
The Mortar Lining Repair of High Valley Road Pipeline Project is located on High Valley Road east
of Espola Road in the City of Poway. The contract time for this project is 80 working days. The
engineer's estimate for this project is $300,000 to $350,000.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This item is not subject to CEQA review.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are sufficient funds in the project budget (#1750A) for the award of this contract.
ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
Spiniello Companies, 13241 Lakeland Road, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council award the Mortar Lining Repair of High Valley Road Pipeline
Project (#1750A) to Spiniello Companies, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $314,800.
