A request to allow the subdivision of 2 lots, with a combined acreage of 1.0 acres, into 4 lots, which range in size from 6,633 square feet to 13,167 square feet. The request also includes a Variance to allow a portion of 2 existing single-family residence, which are part of the proposed subdivision, to encroach into required side and rear yard setbacks. City Manager Bowersox announced that a suitable location for this ye r's Fourth of July Fireworks has not been found, The usual venue, poway High S hool, is not available because of renovation of the sports field over the summer. Altemative locations were evaluated but did not meet the criteria needed for su an event. The fireworks show has been postponed until 2006, CITY ATTORNEY ITEMS 20. Closed Session A.
