ABSTRACT
The 2004-2006 Citywide Striping Improvements Project consists of placing and replacing new and
existing painted and thermoplastic traffic stripes, legends, and pavement markings; replacing missing
lane and two-way reflective pavement markers; sandblasting; and performing all appurtenant work in
accordance with the plans and these special provisions. The contract time for this project is 45
working days. The engineer's estimate for the project is $180,000 to $200,000.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This item is not subject to CEQA review.
FISCAL IMPACT
Sufficient funds are available in FY 2004/05 and FY 2005-06, account 0407-4330,for award of this
bid.
ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTIFICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE
C-18, Inc., P.O. Box 3360, Beaumont CA 92223.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council award the 2004-2006 Citywide Striping Improvements Project
#407-4330 — Bid No. 05-017 to C-18, Inc., in the amount of$167,540.30.
