Manis, Director ofDevelopment Services SUBJECT: Workshop on Amateur Radio Antenna Regulations The purpose of this memorandum is to clarify the staff - recommended proposal regarding the total number of allowed antennas and antennasupport structures and those that would be exempted from the requirement for a Minor Development Review Application (MDRA) or Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP). The proposalwould allowtwo exempt antenna support structures with an unlimited numberof antennas attached to them. One could be roof mounted and one be ground mounted. Both would be limited to 35 feet in height (combinedstructure and antennas, measuredfrom the ground) with the support structure limited to 4 inches in diameter.
