public input for assessments to be collected on the San Diego County Tax
Roll during fiscal year 1995-96, Proposed assessments are: Parkway
Business Centre, Phase I, and Poway Corporate Center, Phase I, $790 per
net acre; Pomerado Business Park, Phases I and II, and McMillin commercial
property, $1,246.21 per net acre; and McMillin residential property,

6.* Poway Lighting District. Second public hearing to allow public input for
assessments to be collected on the San Diego County Tax Roll during fiscal
year 1995-96. Proposed assessments are $15 per unit in Zone A; $3.75 in
Zone Band $13.58 in Zone C. New assessments are proposed for 910 vacant
parcels at a rate of 50 percent of the assigned benefit rate; $1,260
parcels are being moved from Zone B to Zone A, and 115 parcels are being

8.* Declaring a public nuisance to exist at 13136 Ridgedale Drive with regard
to the accumulation of junk, including cardboard, rubbish, plastic, wood

adopt Resolution authorizing the City to abate the nuisance and assess the
owner on the 1995-96 tax rolls for the cost of abatement.

delete the condition requiring the installation of a pedestrian walkway
