SUBJECT: A ward of Bid for Dog Park Fencing Project at Poway Community Park
ABSTRACT
On November 1, 1995, bids were opened for the Dog Park fencing project at Poway Community Park. It is
recommended that the City Council award the bid to West Coast Air Conditioning, Inc., in the amount of
$17,588. The general contractor will use Sentry Fence Company of Po way as subcontractor.

SUBJECT: Award of Bid for the Dog Park Fencing Project at Poway Community
Park
BACKGROUND
On November 1, 1995, bids were opened for the Dog Park Fencing Project at Poway Community
park. The preliminary engineers estimate ranged from $20,000 to $25,000. The contract time
for the project is 20 working days.
The Dog Park Fencing Project contract includes purchase and installation of both permanent and
portable fencing, gates, irrigation modification, entrance area paving SlOnes, and reseeding
damaged turf areas.
FINDINGS
Four bids were received. They were:
