nine (9) foot front setback variance is requested for the placement of the
tenn i s court. Approval is also requested for the construction of a 2:1
fill slope with a maximum height of 45 feet; and a variable height 2:1

1994 to remove this item from the calendar so that the Horse Issues
Committee can discuss other items raised at that meeting.
7.* Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Scripps Poway Parkway
Eastern Extension; General Plan Amendment 94-01, City of Poway applicant,
amending the Transportation Roadways Element to reflect precise roadway
alignment for the proposed project, an approximate three-mile extension of
the six-lane Scripps Poway Parkway from the Stowe Drive intersection,
located in the South Poway Business Park, easterly to State Route 67.
