safeguard public health and safety. (Requires four-fifths vote of City Council)

Cigarettes (E-Cigarettes) in or upon Public Buildings, Public Grounds, Public Parks
and Public Trails.”

4. STAFF REPORT
4.1 Fiscal Year 2013-14 Midyear Evaluation and Financial Program Amendments, and
Midyear Update of Department Goals and Objectives.
City Manager’s Recommendation: That the City Council receive the report and
adopt the resolution approving the midyear budget amendments for FY 2013-14, and
provide direction regarding the Financial Policy update.
Council approved the Report and adopted Resolution No. 14-006. 5/0
4.2 Acceptance of City Investment Report as of December 31, 2013.
City Manager’s Recommendation: Accept and file report.
Council accepted and filed the report.
5. WORKSHOP
5.1 Discussion on Amateur Radio Antenna Regulations.
City Manager’s Recommendation: Direct staff to return to the City Council with
an ordinance amending the Poway Municipal Code with updated amateur radio
antenna regulations.
Council directed staff to return to Council with an Ordinance updating the
amateur radio antenna regulations. See Minutes for details.
