Hi Don,
I know there is a meeting this evening about providing water to the people on Old Coach Road,
and I wanted to remind you that there are still a lot of us up off Highway 67 who don't have City
water, even though we pay the same taxes (in some instances more taxes because of per acre
"water availability fees" and "fire fees ") than the people of Poway who have water. I have
neighbors who are trucking in water for basic necessities, as some wells have run dry. Please
consider us in any decision you make this evening, as it seems only fair that we should have the
same services as other residents of this City.
