REGULAR MEETING
July 16, 1991
The July 16, 1991, regular meeting of the poway Redevelopment Agency was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chainman Goldsmith at the City Council Chambers,
13325 Civic Center Orive, Poway, California.

REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
REVISED CHARTER
Staff report by Executive Director Bowersox. He reviewed the proposed changes
to the Redevelopment Advisory Committee to expand it by four members and change
the title to Redevelopment and Housing. He pointed out that a majority of the
current eleven members are from the northern portion of the city and suggested
the Board look at the mid section of the city for the new members.
Director McIntyre pointed out that the Housing Element calls for the Housing
Committee to recommend criteria for sites suitable for the Affordable Housing
overlay and suggested that be spelled out in the charter.
Motion by Di rector Emery, seconded by Di rector Snesko to adopt the revised
charter for the Redevelopment and Housing Advisory Committee amended as
suggested by Director McIntyre. Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by Director Higginson, seconded by Director Emery, Cha i rman
Goldsmith ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjournment was 10:55 p.m.
