BACKGROUND:
Walmart Stores, Inc. is required to submit a Standard
Agreement for Construction Public Improvements for its project.
The City of Poway requires the signature of the corporation as well
as the signature of an individual obligor. City Council approved
the form for the Standard Agreement, including the signature
requirements by Resolution No. 85-066.
FINDINGS• .
Walmart Stores, Inc. seeks to submit the Standard Agreement
for Construction of Public Improvements signed and notarized only
as a corporation, without the signature of an additional individual
obligor. � �

It is recommended that the City Council accept the Standard
Agreement for Construction of Public Improvements by Walmart Stores
executed by officers on behalf of the corporation, without
