4. *City initiated Revocatian of Conditional Use Permit 91-02 - Stars Auto,
Seyed Rezai owner/proponent, and a deciaration of a pubiic nuisance at the
northeast corner of Poway Road at Olive Tree Lane.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input; close public hearing;
adopt Resolution and declare that if public nuisance is not abated by
December 6, 1991, the City may abate and charge owner.
5. *Environmental Assessment and Tentative Parcel Map 88-03R Time Extension,
Robert and Margery Hartsfield, applicants: a request for a one-year time
extension for a previously approved subdivision of a 4.96 acre site into two
(2) parcels; located on the southeast corner of Kingman Road and Oak Canyon
Road
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Take public input; close public hearing;
adopt Planning Resolution approving with conditions.

6. *Environmental Assessment and Specific Plan Amendment 84-01R, City of Poway
applicant: consideration of a Specific Pian Amendment to the South Poway
Planned Community and Development P1an which will create four (4) new land
use categories including Natural Open Space; Cortmercial Recreational ;
Limited Residential ; and Mineral Resource Extraction, and redesignate
approximately 1,098 acres into the newly created land use categories. The
South Poway Planned Community is bordered on the south by Beeler Creek, on
the west by Pomerado Road and on the north by Metate Lane and existing
development.
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Continue to December 10, 1991.
7. *Ordinance No. - "An Ordinance of the City of Poway, California,
Amending Sections 8.52.050 and 8.52.060 of Title 8 (Health and Safety) of
the Poway Municipal Code, Regarding a Requirement for Fencing Swimming
Pools, Spas and Ornamental Ponds"
CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: Continue to December 10, 1991.

property for South Poway Expressway; located on Rattlesnake Creek east of
Tooth Rock.
13.*Approval of proposed ink colors to be used in printing City of Poway' s

14.*Acceptance of public improvements and release of securities for Tentative
Parcel Map 17183, Craig Vahidi applicant; located south of Donart Drive east
