Dear Don,
The stop sign issue on Martincoit and Stone Canyon Roads reminds me of the Cedar fire,
when as a Senior Volunteer Patrolman,I spent many hours on Garden Road waving
evacuees through a 4-way stop sign.
Both the Cedar and Witch Creek fires required the evacuation of this part of Green
Valley area. If there were another fire, our only exit would be through the proposed all-
way stop sign.
Can the City guarantee a Deputy or Volunteer to wave us through? I question that.
For this reason,I hope that you will strongly resist and vote against any changes at this
intersection.
