ABSTRACT
The final map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 89-08 is ready for approval.
All requi red dedi cations have been made, and a 11 fees, charges, .and depo-
sits paid. All conditions of approval of the map have been met. Staff
recommends approval of the final parcel map.
8ACKGROUNO
The subject 11.7 acre site is located in Pomerado Business Park and was
originally subdivided into three lots (23, 24, 26) by Cadillac Fairview's
Tract Map No. 85-04. These lots were merged as a condition of approval of
Development Review 88-07. This map creates two lots out of the one large
lot. The westerly lot will contain four existing buildings. The easterly
lot will encompass the remaining undeveloped land on the site. The pro-
perty is currently split zoned. The proposed map will create a lot line
which follows the boundary between the Industrial Park and Light Industrial
(LI) zone, and place all the LI zoning on a separate parcel.
FINDINGS
The final parcel map has been examined and found to be technically correct
in compliance with State Law and City Ordinance. The map is in compliance
with the approved tentative map and with the conditions of approval.

None.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve the final parcel map for
TPM 89-08, and direct its recordation.
