SUBJECT: Courtesy Notice for Antenna Application
The attached Courtesy Notice is being submitted by Councilmember Mullin for Council's
consideration with Agenda Item 3.2. Staff submitted a sample Courtesy Notice, as a part
of the agenda material, which would be distributed by the applicant. Councilmember
Mullin is seeking Council's consideration of an alternative approach that would streamline
notification from the City. This approach would only pertain to Ordinance Option #1 and
would require minor modification by the Council to the Ordinance language.

been submitted to the City of Poway for the construction of an amateur

antenna heights. As a result, antennas up to 65 feet in height are permitted
by right.
